Who is Eligible:
Our competitions are open to all living artists over 18 years old.

Media:
All media including, but not limited to, Acrylic/Oil, Collage/Mixed Media, Pastel, Colored Pencil, Graphics, Photography, Digital Art, Water Media, Sculpture, Encaustic, resin, wax or other layered media, No video, craft or functional art.

Exhibitions open for submission:

To apply for our exhibitions, please prepare a brief Bio or Artist Statement and 3 - 5 images of your work (72 dpi) and fill out the Registration Form in the right column. If you experience any difficulties with the submission process, please send us an e-mail.

Online Sales Gallery
For those artists who want to sell their art online to an international community of art buyers. You can submit up to 5 images and your artwork will be on display and for sale for 1 year.

Represented Artist
You can submit up to 9 images to be considered as one of our represented artist and participate in our brick and mortar exhibitions. Click here to see a sample.

Fees:
Competitions: $25 for 3 images, $5 for each additional image. Limit 5 entries per person.
Online Sales Gallery: $50 for up to 5 images for 1 year. $25 annual renewal fee.
Represented artist: $250 one time fee (ask for financial plan). $25 annual renewal fee.

Upload your Images

After submitting the Registration Form (step 1 above) log in with your User Name and Password to upload your images. Please, prepare your images for uploading in advance. Below are the instructions how to do it properly:

• The resolution of each image must be 72 dpi and not exceed the width of 1800 pixels and the height of 1400 pixels

• All images must be in jpeg format. The size of the image file must not exceed 1600 kB

Juried Online Music Competition "Colors Of Life" is open for submissions.
Extended deadline - October 1, 2010.
Each artist and musician sees and feels the colors of life in a different way. How do you personally see and feel the colors of life? Does your work create a new reality and color the people and events around you? What inspires your imagination and ignites your creative fire?

Larkgallery Online invites musicians and composers from different corners of the world to visit our online exhibitions and show their talents by giving art the voice and sound.

How to enter:
1. Browse through the art at larkgalleryonline.com, "Hidden Treasures", "Reaching Inside" and "Colors of Life" (for which artists are still submitting their art)
2. Choose a piece of art that evokes your musical response
3. Send us your composition or performance in MP3 format.

Our jurors will listen and if you pass the first cut, your music will be visually imbedded online under the painting, collage, sculpture or photo-art that inspires you.

To apply for our competition, please prepare a brief Bio and 1 - 3 music files and fill out the Registration Form in the right column. If you experience any difficulties with the submission process, please send us an e-mail.

Fees:
$30 for up 3 files of your performances or compositions.

Upload your music files

After submitting the Registration Form (step 1 above) log in with your User Name and Password to upload your files.

Please observe the sound file requirements:

• The duration of each file must not exceed five minutes
• All sound files must be in mp3 format and have the extension "mp3" ("name of composition".mp3)
• The size of the sound file must not exceed 6 MB
• As the uploaded file will be processed for web use a bit rate of 128 kb/sec is sufficient.
