Who is Eligible:
Our competitions are open to all artists over 16 years old.

Media:
All media including, but not limited to, acrylic/oil, mixed media, pastel, colored pencil, graphics, sculptures, watercolor media, collage and other layered media. No video, craft or functional art.

To apply for our exhibitions, please prepare a brief bio or artist statement, images of your artwork (72 dpi) and fill out the Registration Form in the right column. If you experience any difficulties with the submission process, please send us an e-mail.

Our new program "Music and Poetry Portal of Opportunities" is open for submissions.

Larkgallery Online invites musicians, composers and poets from different corners of the world to visit our online exhibitions and show their talents by giving art the voice and sound.

How to enter:
1. Browse through the art at larkgalleryonline.com, "Rediscovery of Wonder ","Hidden Treasures", "Reaching Inside", "Colors of Life", "The Art of Now" , "Portal of Opportunities" and "Portal II" (for which artists are still submitting their art)
2. Choose a piece of art that evokes your musical or poetic response
3. Upload your composition, poetry or performance in MP3 format (Step 3 on the right side of the screen)

Our jurors will listen and if you pass the first cut, your music or poetry will be visually imbedded online under the painting, collage, sculpture or photo-art that inspires you.

To apply for our Portal of Opportunities, please prepare a brief Bio and 1 - 3 music files and fill out the Registration Form in the right column. If you experience any difficulties with the submission process, please send us an e-mail.

Fees:
Music and Poetry Portal Of Opportunities $10 for one submitted file and $20 for two files. $5 for each additional file of your performances, poetry or compositions. 5 files maximum. Represented musicians pay $20 for 3 files.

Represented Musicians
You can submit up to 6 music pieces to be considered as one of our represented musician and participate in our brick and mortar events.

Fees:
$150 one time fee (ask for a financial plan). $25 annual renewal fee.

Upload your music files

After submitting the Registration Form (step 1 on the right side of the screen) log in with your User Name and Password to upload your files.

Please observe the sound file requirements:

• The duration of each file must not exceed five minutes
• All sound files must be in mp3 format and have the extension "mp3" ("name of composition".mp3)
• The size of the sound file must not exceed 6 MB
• As the uploaded file will be processed for web use a bit rate of 128 kb/sec is sufficient.
