Australian born and educated, Sallie moved to Long Beach California in June 2008. Sallie is a Graphic Designer and is under contract to a large New York company and works from her home office.

Drawing since she could hold a pencil in her hand, but didn't begin painting until she was twenty three.

She has won numerous awards and exhibited in prestigious Melbourne Art Shows and has exhibited work in Melbourne Galleries.

Her paintings reflect her great love for nature and wildlife.

Sallies' commissioned work hangs in some well known Australian places of interest: The Kew Lawn Bowls Club Melbourne Sporting Hall of Fame and The Equestrian Federation of Victoria. She was also commissioned by the EFA to produce a painting of Kyra Kierkland for Emirates Airlines in 2001.

She is currently concentrating on abstract work using Acrylic and mixed media.
