"Polish Pallet" New Art Competition
and Residency!

LarkGallery Online has an opportunity to sponsor two artists to attend a residency in Poland. Artists from different countries will join this two-week program to paint the beautiful and vast Polish landscape, still live and portraits, to exchange ideas and learn from each other the secrets of art.

This residency program will take place in Oswiecim in southern Poland near Cracow, August 1-13, 2012 and the right to participate in it will be awarded to two winners of our new competition "Polish Pallet”.

The organizers will provide accommodations, art materials and meals for participants. The artist will pay for the cost of traveling to and from residency. After the completion of the residency, a one-day art show will be held featuring artworks of “Polish Pallet” program participants. Two paintings of each artist created during the residency will become property of the organizers and be sold later to support future residencies. (Any other art created during the residency will remain the property of the artists.)

Our News

We have quite a few good news this time:

Our family of Represented Artists has grown as we signed 4 great new artists: abstract expressionists - Michele Benzamin-Miki, Anusati and Geetesh, photographer - Erik Fischer, sculptor Janice Govaerts and collage artist - Launa D. Romoff. We will include their art in our next show: "New Beginnings"

We posted on our blog an interview with our main Juror Peter Frank about the results of our previous competition "The Rediscovery of Wonder" and received very positive feedback.
